The minimum rental period is 24 hours. If a daily rental is exceeded by more than 59 minutes an additional day will be charged.

Driver conditions:

		The minimum age for drivers is 21 years for categories A-D and 25 years for categories E-O.
		All drivers should have a valid driving license, held for at least two years.
		The driver must present a valid passport and driving license.

All of our vehicles are insured against damages to a third party.

All rates include insurance against damage (CDW) and insurance against theft (TP). CDW and TP are not all-comprehensive insurances and in case of damage or theft there is a non-waivable excess charge.

Insurance is only valid if the damage or theft is reported to the police. You must obtain a police report and fill in an accident report, which is provided with the car documentation.

In case of theft it is obligatory to return the car keys and vehicle documentation.

The insurance does not cover any of the below mentioned cases regardless of the fact that any insurance is purchased:

		damages to tyres, wheel covers, roof and undercarriage damages, except when the damage has occurred in a registered accident
		damages to the interior of the car
		damages to the engine due to lack of oil
		damages caused due to negligent driving or if the driver was under influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the vehicle was blasted, mined or intentionally burned
		damages caused by a person not mentioned as the additional driver in the rental agreement
		stolen or lost registration plates, car keys, registration certificate.

Insurance is not valid in Albania and Kosovo.

All rentals are subject to a deposit which varies depending on the type of car and estimated length of rental.

Payment can be made with any of the following credit cards: VISA, DINERS INTERNATONAL, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, BUDGET and DinaCard.

An 18% VAT is applicable to the total rental charges in Serbia and 17% in Montenegro.

Vehicles rented in Serbia and Montenegro, must stay within the country (excluding Kosovo) unless a written consent is given by Budget. It is imperative to obtain this document from Budget before driving across the border.

For some countries an additional charge is required to maintain CDW/TP protection.
